1st T-Ball Game of the Season

Who needs to go to the bathroom before we get started?
Up to bat...

Patiently waiting...

Taking it all in...
Bowden's team, the Yankees, had their first game yesterday. They did a really good job for their first outting. I only saw one glove fly through the air and there were only a few sitters and dirt throwers. Bowden fielded a couple of balls and threw it to first base, and hit really well, too. We were very proud!

Camera??

As you can tell from the previous post, we are in need of a new camera. I would love a point and click or, at least, one that does not have a long delay in taking the picture. At Christmas, I looked at the Canon Powershot Elph, but am not sure if that would be the best for capturing quick pics or not. Any suggestions?

Happy Easter!

As you can tell, Pierce did not want any part of a 'brother' shot! Bowden seemed to have a pretty good time wrestling him, though.(:

Hunting in the house, thanks to the yucky weather!

Found the goodies....

** Sorry for the poor quality of the pics--my camera needs to be replaced, so we had to use the video camera.**
We hope you have had as great an Easter as we have!

First Steps

First ice cream sandwich at Nana and Papa's, too!

Pierce took his first steps last night! It was kind of surreal. We'd been practicing earlier in the night and I remember thinking that he was doing so well that he would probably be taking some steps soon. Anyway, Jason, Bowden, and I were in the living room talking and Pierce had crawled away. I yelled for him to come back and looked up a second later and he was walking down the middle of the hall!! It was so funny--we all went wild, yelling and clapping, so he dropped down and crawled the rest of the way. I have no idea how it happened b/c I've never seen him go from sitting in the floor to standing up. I guess he figured it out or something. I hope to be posting soon that he is a full-out walker....
